Ireland Language
The main language spoken in Ireland is English, but on the west coast mostly Irish Gaelic is still spoken. Irish Gaelic is an Indo-European language. The name comes from the word 'gale' which a name given to the Celts.
Ireland Government
The capital of Ireland is Dublin. Ireland used to be a part of Great Britain but has then since become independent. Part of the island of Ireland is still owned by Great Britain. That part is Northern Ireland. Ireland has a president or king. They also have a House of Representatives called the Dail and a Senate called the Seanad. Ireland also has a constitution.
